Please note that there will be a short delay in dealing with reports received from Friday 20 December 2024 to Friday 3 January 2025 inclusive due to the university being closed from 20 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 inclusive and staff absences until Friday 3 January 2025 inclusive. Reports will be dealt with as soon as possible thereafter. 

If you are concerned about a student's wellbeing following an incident, please inform UCL Student Support and Wellbeing (SSW) Services by completing the Student of Concern form. This enables the SSW team to provide follow-up support and signpost the student to the relevant services as necessary.

The form is monitored between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. The SSW Services aim to respond to any concerns as soon as possible within a 48-hour timeframe.
