The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team conducted a user-experience research to test user friendliness of report and support- both public facing website (front-end) and UCL facing dashboard where the reports go after submitting (back-end). The evaluation was done by three student interns from UCL at MSc. human-computer interaction.
