For UCL students:

  • Student Support and Wellbeing Services will have a reduced level of service over the break. During this time, the team will be checking and responding to urgent enquiries sent via askUCL. We will not have a phone service or any in-person services.  For more information, please click here.

For staff:

Free confidential advice  and support is available via our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)  delivered by Vita Health Group. Our EAP is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and as well as giving you immediate access to emotional support can provide practical advice on a range of personal and work-related matters (including financial and legal matters).  No referral is needed - you can contact the EAP directly at any time via a dedicated helpline on 0333 016 9910.  You can also access an online wellbeing hub with a range of tools and services to support both personal and work-related concerns by going to: www.my-eap.com - EAP login code: UCLWELL
